The Success Power Hour

The Success Power Hour should be the first thing we assign ourselves every morning upon waking.

According to Kevin Purdy in a Work Smart article he declared that the first hour of your day matters a great deal. This is what I call the Success Power Hour. It is a time when you can see everything clearly. It is a time when you can accomplish one set goal. It is a time to focus on the human side of work and not just a list of things to do for that day.

Purdy advises against checking your email before at least 10:00 a.m. When you do this it is counter-productive.

The first segment should be spent gaining awareness and accept being grateful. Allow time for exercise, affirmations, acknowledging your blessings and visualization. As you do your exercise routine, even though short, it will give you the courage to extend your routine and even if you don’t you will feel a sense of accomplishment in that you did do something for yourself. You can assign a certain amount of minutes within the Success Power Hour (say 10-15 minutes) to do this task.

Affirmations are very important in creating manifestations of your desires. You should have a list of them available to post on an obvious place where you can see them, say them and visualize them every day. I always think about affirmations as seeds that you water to help grow your trees of manifestations. I like the phrase “You can have what you say”. It is a true saying and it really works. I like to put mine on 3 x 5 cards in magic marker ink and tape them to the mirror. One of the first things we do when we wake up is go to the bathroom. This makes a perfect spot that you definitely will not miss. Assign a certain amount of time within the Success Power Hour to achieve this act.

Next you’ll want to think about all the things that you are grateful for. The blessings you have received, the health of yourself and your loved ones, that fact that everyone around you is working or has a job or has their own business. Anything that you feel is a blessing and that you are thankful for should fall into this category. Thanks makes room for more. I always like to refer to scripture and I think this one is appropriate for this occasion:

1 Thessalonians 5:18

Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

And the last part is you want to visualize. What do you truly want in your life? See yourself with that object or thing. See yourself smiling and laughing and enjoying and sharing it. Try to feel the exhilaration of the moment. Hold on to that feeling. Take that feeling with you for the rest of your day.

By consistently using the Success Power Hour method to start your day, success will become increasingly inevitable as you attain your dreams.

Infinite Wealth Team Build

Team building is a philosophy. According to Frank LaFasto, when building a team, five dynamics are fundamental to team success

The team member: Successful teams are made up of a collection of effective individuals. These are people who are experienced, have problem solving ability, are open to addressing the problem, and are action oriented.

1. Team relationships: For a team to be successful the members of the team must be able to give and receive feedback.

2. Team problem solving: An effective team depends on how focused and clear the goal of the team is. A relaxed, comfortable and accepting environment and finally, open and honest communication are required.

3. Team leadership: Effective team leadership depends on leadership competencies. A competent leader is: focused on the goal, ensures a collaborative climate, builds confidence of team members, sets priorities, demonstrates sufficient “know-how” and manages performance through feedback.

4. Organizational environment: The climate and culture of the organization must be conducive to team behavior. Competitiveness should be discouraged and uniformity should be encouraged - this will eliminate conflict and discord among team members.

Team building is an ongoing process that helps a group evolve into a cohesive unit. The team members not only share expectations for accomplishing group tasks, but trust and support one another and respect one another's individual differences. A team builder leads the team toward cohesiveness and productivity. A team takes on a life of its own and you have to regularly nurture and maintain it, just as you do for individuals.

I would love to have you on my team because together we can make it happen!

IPhone 5 S Craze

Customers waited in extremely long lines all over the world at the Apple Stores to purchase the newest IPhone 5S. This new phone boasts slow motion video play. The IPhone 5S sells for $199. You can see all the details at http://store.apple.com/us

The photo above depicts the crowd at the Giza shopping district in Toyko. Lines like this can be seen all over the world at the Apple stores. This shows you the obsession with the mobile phone that has taken over basically the entire world. But I caution you to think about it. Think about what you personally would do if you lost your cell phone or if it was stolen.

All your telephone numbers and perhaps email addresses are programed into your phone and unless you have somehow backed that information up or written a hand copy of those important contacts you could be in a world of trouble.

Well, cheers to all you new tech mobile telephone junkies. I admire you because I’m still learning how to use my stupid phone.

DETOURS TO A BETTER YOU

While reading the Mindset Collection *it stated that mistakes are detours to a better you. In every situation there is a lesson to be learned.

Personal growth is the greatest benefit of mistakes. However you must reflect on the inside what it is that you were taught by this mistake. What did you learn about the whole incident?

Most times you learn that you don’t have all the answers. Sometimes you need to listen to advice given by others as well as to carefully weigh the outcomes of a situation before you jump into it.

I find that sometimes you don’t get the lesson immediately. Further down the line something triggers the memory of the mistake and then you are able to realize the lesson that you have learned or should have learned. It’s not always easy to recognize an error because most people don’t want to be wrong so they continue in denial, never learning why they were brought to that circumstance in the first place. But there is a reason.

We all have faults and we all make mistakes. What we should value however is the fact that most of us do learn from our mistakes. And it’s alright to be wrong sometime. We’re only human. (At least that’s the excuse we give).

So we know that everyone will make mistakes, but it is what we do after that that counts. Remember, there’s no training course for life. There’s nothing to it….. but to do it.

Become Successful At Affiliate Marketing

What is Affiliate Marketing?

According to Commission Junction it goes something like this:

In the world of affiliate marketing, an advertiser can be a company selling a product like electronics, airline tickets, clothing or car parts, or an advertiser could also be an insurance company selling policies. The most important thing to remember is that you are an advertiser if you are ready to pay other people to help you sell and promote your business

A publisher is an individual or company that promotes an advertiser’s product or service in exchange for earning a commission. Advertisers contractually agree to work with a publisher, then provide the publisher with creative – in the form of links, banner or text ads or even unique phone numbers – that the publisher incorporates into their website.

The final component that completes the affiliate relationship triangle is the consumer. The consumer is the one who actually sees the ad and then makes an action (either by clicking a link or by submitting their information via a form) that takes them from the publisher’s website to the advertiser’s to complete the action, which we call a conversion.

3 Tips For Managing Leads

3 TIPS FOR MANAGING LEADS

1. Deliver content to your leads that either they want or that they need to know, when they need it.

2. Respond to your leads in a timely manner.

3. Ask your leads qualifying questions.

You’ll want to deliver pertinent content to your leads on what you want them to do next. By creating a set of letters that you automate to your auto responder you can keep them abreast of new developments, new information that they would like to know about and information that you want them to know about. Of course, you want these messages to be delivered to them at the right time. You never put the cart before the horse. These messages must be given at the appropriate time to cause the effect that you expect.

Another thing you want to do is to respond to your leads in a timely manner. Usually within 48 hours at the max. You want them to know that you are attentive to them and that if they are in business with you they can hear from you regularly and on time. Don’t wait days or weeks to contact them because they will forget who you are. They are probably searching for an opportunity or leadership with more than one company so you have to be on point with making that issue known to them.

Ask your leads qualifying questions.

This can lead to the difference between landing a new deal or wasting your time and efforts with the wrong match. Control your enthusiasm by asking targeted questions. Don’t lead in with your pitch. Instead ask some probing questions to find out who makes the decisions on purchasing and what exactly is the prospect looking to attain. People are more likely to buy from you if you can create an emotional connection.

What we do with our leads determine our success.

Wishing for you the success that I wish for myself.

GOTTA SHARE THIS - Posted in a blog by June Townsend

Judi Kristl posted this on facebook. I had to share this with all you "diet" drink attics just so you'll know the truth.

This is the link t June's blog http://rhondagessner.wordpress.com/2013/09/02/a-killer-in-your-fridge-sweet-poison-a-must-read/

In October of 2001, my sister started getting very sick She had stomach spasms and she was having a hard time getting around. Walking was a major chore. It took everything she had just to get out of bed; she was in so much pain. By March 2002, she had undergone several tissue and muscle biopsies and was on 24 various prescription medications. The doctors could not determine what was wrong with her. She was in so much pain, and so sick she just knew she was dying. hard time getting around.

She put her house, bank accounts, life insurance, etc., in her oldest daughter’s name, and made sure that her younger children were to be taken care of.

She also wanted her last hooray, so she planned a trip to Florida (basically in a wheelchair) for March 22nd. On March 19, I called her to ask how her most recent tests went, and she said they didn’t find anything on the test, but they believe she had MS.

I recalled an article a friend of mine e-mailed to me and I asked my sister if she drank diet soda? She told me that she did. As a matter of fact, she was getting ready to crack one open that moment.

I told her not to open it, and to stop drinking the diet soda! I e-mailed her an article my friend, a lawyer, had sent. My sister called me within 32 hours after our phone conversation and told me she had stopped drinking the diet soda AND she could walk! The muscle spasms went away. She said she didn’t feel 100% but, she sure felt a lot better. She told me she was going to her doctor with this article and would call me when she got home.

Well, she called me, and said her doctor was amazed! He is going to call all of his MS patients to find out if they consumed artificial sweeteners of any kind. In a nutshell, she was being poisoned by the Aspartame in the diet soda.. and literally dying a slow and miserable death

When she got to Florida March 22, all she had to take was one pill, and that was a pill for the Aspartame poisoning! She is well on her way to a complete recovery. And she is walking! No wheelchair! This article saved her life. If it says ‘SUGAR FREE’ on the label; DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! I have spent several days lecturing at the WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE on ‘ASPARTAME,’ marketed as ‘Nutra Sweet,’ ‘Equal,’ and ‘Spoonful. ‘In the keynote address by the EPA, it was announced that in the United States in 2001 there is an epidemic of multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus. It was difficult to determine exactly what toxin was causing this to be rampant. I stood up and said that I was there to lecture on exactly that subject.

I will explain why Aspartame is so dangerous: When the temperature of this sweetener exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in ASPARTAME converts to formaldehyde and then to formic acid, which in turn causes metabolic acidosis. Formic acid is the poison found in the sting of fire ants. The methanol toxicity mimics, among other conditions, multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus.

Many people were being diagnosed in error. Although multiple sclerosis is not a death sentence, Methanol toxicity is! Systemic lupus has become almost as rampant as multiple sclerosis, especially with Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi drinkers. The victim usually does not know that the Aspartame is the culprit. He or she continues it’s use; irritating the lupus to such a degree that it may become a life-threatening condition. We have seen patients with systemic lupus become asymptotic, once taken off diet sodas.

In cases of those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, most of the symptoms disappear. We’ve seen many cases where vision loss returned and hearing loss improved markedly.

This also applies to cases of tinnitus and fibromyalgia. During a lecture, I said, ‘If you are using ASPARTAME (Nutra Sweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc) and you suffer from fibromyalgia symptoms, spasms, shooting, pains, numbness in your legs, Cramps, Vertigo, Dizziness, Headaches, Tinnitus, Joint pain,

Unexplainable depression, anxiety attacks, slurred speech, blurred vision, or memory loss you probably have ASPARTAME poisoning!’ People were jumping up during the lecture saying, ‘I have some of these symptoms. Is it reversible?’ Yes! Yes! Yes!

STOP drinking diet sodas and be alert for Aspartame on food labels! Many products are fortified with it! This is a serious problem. Dr. Espart (one of my speakers) remarked that so many people seem to be symptomatic for MS and during his recent visit to a hospice; a nurse stated that six of her friends, who were heavy Diet Coke addicts, had all been diagnosed with MS. This is beyond coincidence!

Diet soda is NOT a diet product! It is a chemically altered, multiple SODIUM (salt) and ASPARTAME containing product that actually makes you crave carbohydrates.

It is far more likely to make you GAIN weight!

These products also contain formaldehyde, which stores in the fat cells, particularly in the hips and thighs. Formaldehyde is an absolute toxin and is used primarily to preserve ’tissue specimens.’

Many products we use every day contain this chemical but we SHOULD NOT store it IN our body!

Dr. H. J. Roberts stated in his lectures that once free of the ‘diet products’ and with no significant increase in exercise; his patients lost an average of 19 pounds over a trial period. Aspartame is especially dangerous for diabetics. We found that some physicians, who believed that they had a patient with retinopathy, in fact, had symptoms caused by Aspartame. The Aspartame drives the blood sugar out of control. Thus diabetics may suffer acute memory loss due to the fact that aspartic acid and phenylalanine are NEUROTOXIC when taken without the other amino acids necessary for a good balance.

Treating diabetes is all about BALANCE.. Especially with diabetics, the Aspartame passes the blood/brain barrier and it then deteriorates the neurons of the brain; causing various levels of brain damage, Seizures, Depression, Manic depression, Panic attacks, Uncontrollable anger and rage. Consumption of Aspartame causes these same symptoms in non-diabetics as well. Documentation and observation also reveal that thousands of children diagnosed with ADD and ADHD have had complete turnarounds in their behavior when these chemicals have been removed from their diet.

So called ‘behavior modification prescription drugs’ (Ritalin and others) are no longer needed. Truth be told, they were never NEEDED in the first place! Most of these children were being ‘poisoned’ on a daily basis with the very foods that were ‘better for them than sugar. ‘It is also suspected that the Aspartame in thousands of pallets of diet Coke and diet Pepsi consumed by men and women fighting in the Gulf War, may be partially to blame for the well-known Gulf War Syndrome.

Dr. Roberts warns that it can cause birth defects, i.e. mental retardation, if taken at the time of conception and during early pregnancy. Children are especially at risk for neurological disorders and should NEVER be given artificial sweeteners.

There are many different case histories to relate of children suffering grand mal seizures and other neurological disturbances talking about a plague of neurological diseases directly caused by the use of this deadly poison.’ Herein lies the problem: There were Congressional Hearings when Aspartame was included in 100 different products and strong objection was made concerning its use. Since this initial hearing, there have been two subsequent hearings, and still nothing has been done. The drug and chemical lobbies have very deep pockets.

Sadly, MONSANTO’S patent on Aspartame has EXPIRED! There are now over 5,000 products on the market that contain this deadly chemical and there will be thousands more introduced. Everybody wants a ‘piece of the Aspartame pie. ‘I assure you that MONSANTO, the creator of Aspartame, knows how deadly it is.

And isn’t it ironic that MONSANTO funds, among others, the American Diabetes Association, the American Dietetic Association and the Conference of the American College of Physicians?

This has been recently exposed in the New York Times. These [organizations] cannot criticize any additives or convey their link to MONSANTO because they take money from the food industry and are required to endorse their products. Senator Howard Metzenbaum wrote and presented a bill that would require label warnings on products containing Aspartame, especially regarding pregnant women, children and infants.

The bill would also institute independent studies on the known dangers and the problems existing in the general population regarding seizures, changes in brain chemistry, neurological changes and behavioural symptoms. The bill was killed. It is known that the powerful drug and chemical lobbies are responsible for this, letting loose the hounds of disease and death on an unsuspecting and uninformed public. Well, you’re informed now!

Note: I have been studying health and nutrition for 35 years. What I’ve learned in the past 3 years has been by far…the most valuable. My husband was diagnosed with liver disease 3 years ago and that sent me on a very aggressive search for help. I came across an article about Dr. Otto Warburg that said…he won the Nobel Prize in 1931 for proving that no disease including cancer, can survive in an alkaline body. From there…a friend told me about a Japanese medical device that makes alkaline water. She went on to tell me that since our body is 70% water, drinking alkaline ionized water is the easiest way to raise your pH. It makes perfect sense…the health “puzzle” is made up of many pieces including water, diet, exercise, sleep, etc. But since 3/4 of that puzzle is made up of one big piece…WATER, drinking enough of the “right” kind of water will have a HUGE impact on your health.

Why It Pays To Share

I know some people who hate to share. They actually hate it. They are satisfied to suck up all the knowledge and amenities and food and money that someone else provides for them but when it comes time to either put up or shut up they stay silent. They constantly refuse to put in their portion of the pot I imagine because they think someone else will get a slight portion more than they get. I have never really figured that one out. All I can say is “they just don’t get it.”

I know for myself that prior to any receiving there has got to be some giving. The more you give, the more you receive. I have seen this scenario played out in my life over and over again. Just when you give something that is a challenge for you to give something, bigger and better comes along to replace what you gave up.

I made a video about how I love to share. You see for me the joy comes in being able to share the moment. For instance when I took my family (my son, daughter and granddaughter) on a cruise, just the joy of exposing them to the environment of a cruise ship gave me a feeling of satisfaction knowing that they had not experienced this before. Maybe it would start a yearning within them the desire to travel as it is with me. Well anyway, I ended up basically sponsoring their trip for the most part. I managed pretty well. We like to gamble and play the slot machines. I had already told my daughter that we didn’t have too much extra to play in the casino and that most people do not win a large jackpot so our best bet was to avoid the casino and find other things to occupy our time and our money. She agreed, but the first two people at the door when the casino opened was she and I. Right! Stay away from the casino-it didn’t work.

We stayed for quite a while and then when I saw I wasn’t really too lucky I decided to go to the room and call it a night but my daughter stayed. At about 2:00 a.m. I received a call from my daughter saying “Mom, I hit the jackpot. Come down now, right now!” Well, I was still sleepy but got excited at the news and in the urgency of her request to come now. I just kept on my pajamas and went to the casino where she was sitting at a penny machine with the lights flashing and people standing around looking. I said “How much did you win?” She said “$5,000.” What, I couldn’t believe it. I’ve been on many cruises and no one that I ever went with had won anywhere near that amount of money. “Wow!” I said. “Don’t spend it all back now”, I told her. “Ok” she said. We went to the room. There she gave me ten $100 dollar bills right off the top. I was ecstatic. To think we were supposed to avoid the casino. But that is just one example of how through my sharing I got it all back with left overs. I always like to quote the bible, “Give, and it shall be given unto you.” That’s all I thought about.

So seeing as I like to share I found a program called Loyalte Pays. In this program there are all types of content to share. There are videos, pictures, books, etc. You share that information and get paid when people sign up to the program. It’s as simple as that. So if you believe in sharing and can use some content on your blog or wherever, you might want to look at this program.

Wishing for you the success that I wish for myself.

Why People Fail

A short video about insights as to why people fail. Everyone is interested in succeeding, but we need to know the reasons why people fail. When that is known we can avoid the mistake being made over and over by different people in different businesses. When you know what to avoid you can save yourself thousands of dollars and many man-hours of work. In a sense you have been saved from failure in that area

5 Tips To Better Branding Yourself

1.    Don’t Take All The Credit
Your team is indispensable so give them some credit.  Make sure that they feel valuable and appreciated.  When telling your story share your success with your mentor(s).  They played an important role in your success.  Let them know how you feel.  This will help brand you with your associates and inner circles.

2.   Be Real In The Assessment of Your Talents
No man is an island unto himself.  When there is problem that you cannot seem to solve seek assistance.  No one expects you to know everything.  If you don’t know how to create a lead follow-up program enlist the help of an expert.  Whatever it is you don’t have to be ashamed that you don’t have all the answers and that someone else might have the answer that you need.  In this way your branding becomes authentic because you have acquired professional advice regarding your niche.
3.   Choose a knowledgeable chore of advisors
Remember, these are the people who have your back always surrounding you with wise decisions and choices to be made in your favor.  Treat them well.  They will then protect your brand.

4.   Be Teachable

Learn from your mistakes.  Know that if you keep doing what you’re doing, you will keep getting what you’re getting and to expect anything different is insanity.

5.   Treat Others The Way You Wish To Be Treated
Always treat people with respect until they prove otherwise.  No one wants to do business with a bully or a tyrant or an unpleasant person.  As the Bible says “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”  This will make your brand firmly established with your clients.  Good customer service can never be devalued.

A Tribute To My Children

I was doing some preliminary chores when I started thinking about how grateful and blessed I am.  I thought about my financial situation and though it is not exactly where I would like it to be it’s not too shabby.  I also thought about my children.  If there is one thing that I do know about my children is that they love me.  Even though they don’t shower me with material gifts they show me in ways that mean more than material items how much I mean to them.

My oldest is a girl child.  In fact, I used to call her that when she was a baby.  I loved her so much.  As she blossomed into a young lady I was always trying to protect her from unproductive relationships such as avoiding the wrong crowd of people and the wrong male companion and so forth.  I was always thinking of the following scriptures:

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever? What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; as God said, “I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Therefore go out from their midst, and be separate from them, says the Lord, and touch no unclean thing; then I will welcome you, and I will be a father to you, and you shall be sons and daughters to me, says the Lord Almighty.”

Of course, every family goes through its ups and downs but for the most part we have been up.  I shared all the knowledge that I knew with her in hopes that she would adhere to some of the principles and mores that I grew up with.  And I’m glad to say that she turned out just fine.  She has realized her life passion, which is helping people, and now is the President of a housing organization in our home town.  I am so very proud of her and her accomplishments.  I still sometimes worry about her because she is so generous. (But that is the way I was too, and that’s why I worry for her).  I always feel that people take her kindness for weakness.  But let me tell you, when you’ve pushed her last button she can really go off into a tantrum.  I don’t like to be around when that happens.

My youngest is a male child.  When he was a baby I called him “Fennerman”.  I know you’re wondering where that came from.  It’s a combination name.  “Friend of Mine” and “Man child” squished together produced “Fennerman”.  Well, at least that’s my interpretation of the word.

He’s a very attractive young man and also kind and considerate.  In fact, when I moved to another state he helped drive me there.  When we got there he decided to stay and not return to our home town because he felt as though I needed him, which I did.  I was going blind and had problems driving and reading and so on.  But I thought this was such a selfless act that he decided he would do.  Most times it’s the girl child that gets stuck with the mom who needs help, but this time it was the man child.

He has a steady job where he gets paid like everybody else bi-weekly and buys his gadgets.  Before when working for his uncle and stepfather he never got paid what he was worth if he got paid.  Both characters claimed they paid on time and gave him breaks that they didn’t give others, but I didn’t see it.  I wonder why people feel they can misuse their family and it makes it alright because they are family.  I never got that.  Anyway, this guy can cook like Betty Crocker, he’s neat as a pin, he can organize anything and he is a loving person.  I am proud of him also because being of color his chances of survival were not that great.  Our young Black men are at risk and an endangered species.

But my child has been blessed by God and protected by him also.  It makes me think of the scripture which says “Honor thy father and thy mother so that thy days will be long” or something to that effect.

I am abundantly grateful for being blessed with the care of these two most precious individuals and constantly pray for their success and wellbeing.

I love you kids - Mom

I Want To Visit The Holy Land (But I don't want to get caught up in the fighting)

I became a Travel Agent because I love to travel.  It started back in about 1982 when I decided to go on a cruise.  I went solo because I didn’t have anyone who could afford to go with me or who wanted to go with me.  They offered a “singles” cruise where you would be paired with a roommate and you did not have to pay extra for a single and not double occupancy fare.  I had a great time and I was glad I went.
Since that time I’ve been to Hawaii 3 times, Southern France, Mexico a few times, at least 12 cruise to the Caribbean, Jamaica, The Bahamas, Aruba, Italy and a few other places.  There are still a lot of places on my bucket list.  One of them is the Holy Land.  I’m a romanticist and a history buff.  I love seeing the different architectural structures and learning about who built them and who lived there, etc.  I want to go to the Holy Land but I don’t want to get caught up in the fighting and unrest in that land now.  The Holy Land is between Israel and Palestine.  But who wants to take the chance on getting killed when you just want to enjoy the “peace” of the scriptural description of what took place there centuries ago?  I don’t; so I am planning a group trip to
The Holy Land Experience located in Orlando, Florida.
It is going to be a 5 day, 4-nite experience.  We will not only visit the Holy Land Experience Park but we will also visit a world UNESCO site, The Morse Museum (which contains Tiffany art works), shopping there and a Downtown Disney Mall.  Accommodations, transfers and most meals are included in the modest price.  This is going to be an exciting trip for me and those who choose to go with me.
You are invited!  Click here to check out the flyer or for more information.  Don’t pass up a chance to Experience the Holy Land without leaving the United States.
Be blessed with success my friends.

5 Keys To Business Success

1. Manage resources.

Resource management is the efficient and effective deployment of an organization's resources when they are needed. This is the first key to business success. There are several Resource Management companies available to help you decide how best to manage what you have available.

2. Find a niche.

A niche market is the subset of the market on which a specific product is focusing. This is the second key to business success. The market niche defines the product features aimed at satisfying specific market needs. Find a niche and fill a need.

3. Finding and using the right tools.

This is the third key to business success. Every business needs tools that pertain specifically to that business. For instance internet marketing tools consist of an instrument with which you have access to the internet such as a smart phone, a laptop computer, an Ipad or similar instrument. In addition you must have a way to promote your offer, product or service to your potential client. This is usually done by a capture page or an opt-in page that offers the prospective client something of value in exchange for their email address and or cell phone number. Remember it must be valuable enough to entice the prospect to give this information. Once you have the capture page or opt-in page in place you need an auto responder. The job of the auto responder is to capture email addresses and add it to a websites database to send out future emails to the person. When you’re just starting out in internet marketing, you don’t really think about having a system that will communicate with your leads automatically. You are thinking about how to get your leads and probably even focusing on some one-on-one attention with them all. But as you go on, your list builds and you realize that you can’t keep up with all of them, you then know that choosing one of the many email auto responders is a necessity. The purpose of any auto responder is to move each prospect deeper into your funnel.

4. The Right Communications technology.

The fourth key to business success is having the right communications technology. Do you need a PBX System which is a system that allows organizations to set up extensions, auto-attendants, and to route calls within and out of the organization? Many setups allow multiple calls to be initiated simultaneously on one or more telephone numbers? Or will a simple toll-free # suffice?

5. Customer Relations.

The fifth key to business success is customer relations. This is your bread and butter. When you satisfy your customers, they not only help you grow by continuing to do business with you, but recommend you to friends and associates. Be a good listener.

Take the time to identify customer needs by asking questions and concentrating on what the customer is really saying. Listen to their words, tone of voice, body language, and most importantly, how they feel. Beware of making assumptions - thinking you intuitively know what the customer wants.

Using these 5 keys for business success will not guarantee success but they will put you on the right path.
